Lower Level Remodel

Taylorwood Drive

“Mechanical Artwork” Completing a basement renovation (including finishing and development) is an
art, because of the somewhat hidden nature of the room. This project was no exception to the rule. A
lot of thought and energy went into re-working existing mechanical work (heating supply runs, cold air
returns and plumbing) left behind “unthoughtfully” by the original production builder. This allowed us to
create maximum head space throughout the lower level and create aesthetically pleasing finishes. Some
of the other highlights from this project include a walkout basement, kitchen and bar area, a sound
proof music and media room.
