The renovation to the 4-bedroom farmhouse side is split in Lorne Park! The main floor addition includes an open-concept kitchen, great room and dining room with 10’ cathedral ceilings. The ground floor front hallway was re-configured, including a new mudroom, closets and laundry room.

The second level was transformed from four bedrooms to three, including a new primary suite with a 4-piece ensuite, walk-in closet and bedroom. The existing bedrooms were re-designed to maximize space and closets. The “Jack and Jill” main bathroom was renovated with modern finishes. The new lower level includes a three-bathroom bedroom with an egress window, media room and office space. Also, it left plenty of room for storage in the crawl space!
